MySQL Lunch-n-Learn Program

The "MySQL Lunch-n-Learn Program" is designed to be a fun and informal educational event for your team. MySQL provides the technical experts, and brings lunch!

Goal:

The goal is to provide an hour of fun, informal, and interactive training, by MySQL Experts, on your topic of interest.

Who should attend:

• DBAs managing production applications on MySQL
• Database Developers building new applications on MySQL
• Database Architects designing scale-out on MySQL
• CIO, CTO, VP Engineering - developing LAMP based applications

What attendees will learn (choose a topic):

• MySQL Enterprise Monitor, Replication Monitor, and Scale-Out
• MySQL High Availability and Scalability Architectures
• MySQL Performance Tuning - Advanced Tips & Tricks
• MySQL Partitioning
• MySQL for Data Warehousing
• MySQL for the Oracle DBA
• MySQL Cluster: Carrier Grade Edition (for Telecoms only)
• Embedded Databases: MySQL for Commercial Software Applications and Hardware Appliances (for ISVs only)
• You also have the flexibility of nominating a custom topic that is most relevant to your situation.

Schedule:

• MySQL Account Manager will contact you to determine the date for the event.

• Location: Onsite (at your location).
• In some situations we may choose to do the event as a webinar.

Lunch:

• Pizza and Soft Drinks are provided by MySQL.

Fees:

• FREE! There is no cost to you.

Rules:

The data you provide at registration will be used to pre-screen for eligibility for this program. If you pass the pre-screening, your MySQL Account Manager will contact you to determine your organization's eligibility or to schedule a Lunch-n-Learn at your site. (Note that only certain organizations will be eligible to receive a Lunch-n-Learn.)

Your Account Manager will want to know:

1. Event will have a minimum of 8 attendees.
2. Event will have at least 1 Director/VP/CTO/CIO level attendee.
3. Topic (your choice)
4. Date (mutually agreed)
5. Delivery (Onsite or Webinar - mutually agreed)
6. Currently only available in North America, Europe, and Japan
